      It is reported that in recent years, sand and stone prices have continued to rise, and some regions have doubled their growth rates. As the most basic and indispensable building material in engineering construction, sand and gravel are gradually called by sand miners not to be sand but to be "gold". The price of sand and stone has risen by nearly 100%, and the contradiction between supply and demand is the main reason, and many areas are even more difficult to find.

      The editor of Longjian Industrial Group interpreted the spirit of the "Opinions" in detail. The "Opinions" put forward a series of measures and opinions on the scientific utilization of the promotion mechanism of sand and gravel, river and lake sand, sea sand and alternative sand sources:

       One is to promote the high-quality development of the mechanical sand industry. This includes vigorously developing and promoting the application of machine-made sandstones, optimizing the development of machine-made sandstones, accelerating the formation of high-quality machine-made sandstone production capacity, and reducing transportation costs.

       The second is to strengthen the comprehensive improvement and utilization of river sand mining. This includes strengthening the comprehensive control of illegal sand mining, rationally developing and utilizing river sand and gravel resources, increasing the use of dredged sand in river channels, and exploring and promoting the exploitation of silt sand in the Three Gorges reservoir area.

       The third is to gradually and orderly promote the exploitation and utilization of sea sand. Including the reasonable exploitation of sea sand resources, establishing and improving the long-term mechanism of sea sand mining management; strictly regulating the use of sea sand, and strictly implementing the standard of sea sand use.

       Fourth, actively promote the use of alternative sources of sand. This includes supporting the comprehensive utilization of waste rock tailings, encouraging the use of solid waste resources to produce recycled sand and gravel, promoting the overall utilization of excavation and excavation of sand and gravel in engineering construction, and actively promoting the assembly of steel structures.

      At the same time, the "Opinions" proposed to vigorously develop and promote the application of mechanism sandstone, guide various funds to support the construction of key projects, promote large-scale construction and proposed mechanism sandstone projects to be put into production as soon as possible, increase the supply capacity of high-quality sandstone, optimize Mechanism sandstone development layout. Coordinate resource endowments, economic transportation radius, regional supply and demand balance, and other factors, actively and orderly place sand and gravel mining rights, and support Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and surrounding areas, the Yangtze River Delta and other key regions to place large sand and gravel mining rights.
